Payment and billing - a fast, secure and transparent process

The PRANDARTO shopping process is designed to be safe, simple and seamless. In all cases, digital works are purchased by online payment, and once the order has been placed, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to you by email. The system aims to provide a technically sound, reliable backdrop to the creative experience.

Secure online payment via Stripe

Payment is made through Stripe, one of the world’s most secure online payment providers.
Accepted payment methods:

  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • Bank transfer

All data is encrypted in the payment interface, so the transaction is fully protected.

Bank transfer option

PRANDARTO also accepts bank transfers in certain cases.
In this case:

  • after the payment is made, the system manually checks that the amount has been received,
  • and you will receive a download link by e-mail.

For bank transfers, the processing time can be a few hours.

Billing - automatically, instantly

After a successful payment, the system will automatically issue an invoice and send it to your email address
:

  • the name of the product(s) purchased
  • the amount
  • the method of payment
  • the date of the order
  • the name of the digital product (file prepared for printing)

All purchases are digital products, so there are no extra delivery fees or physical logistics.

Data check before payment

On the payment page, you can check and make changes:

  • your billing details
  • your e-mail address
  • a list of the product(s) you wish to order

Once the order has been placed, the data cannot be modified as the invoice is issued automatically by the system.

Refunds and incorrect order

For digital products, once the download has started, the purchase is non-refundable.
If a technical error occurs (e.g. corrupted file, broken link), I will always provide assistance and ensure a working download.
